Email us at support@lumifamily.app. We usually respond by email. Please include your device type, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Account and sign-in help
For login issues, password questions, or trouble accessing your household, email us with the email address used for your Lumi account.
Subscriptions and billing
Lumi subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions from the Lumi app settings or your Apple ID subscription settings.
Households and invites
If you need help joining a household, accepting an invite, or managing household members, include the invite code and your account email when contacting support.
